Customer makes deposits on any working day.
Accounts attract interest periodically at a rate that varies with a minimum balance maintained and other industry indicators
A savings passbook with an identification number shall be issued to the customer, which shall be presented whenever the customer transacts business with the bank.
Customized savings withdrawal booklets are provided

SMS alert services are provided on all deposits and withdrawal transactions
A minimum amount of GHC50.00 shall be accepted to open a savings account with the bank
A prospective customer will be required to present a valid national ID card (Ghana Card) and two (2) recent colour passport-size photographs
Interest at a competitive rate per annum shall be paid monthly
