He holds an MBA in Project management from Wisconsin University; BSc. Administration in Accounting & Finance from E.P. University-Ho; Higher National Diploma (HND) Accountancy from Koforidua Polytechnic now Koforidua Technical University.

He served as an Account officer at Asuogyaman District Health Directorate and later joined Anum Rural Bank in 2005. Coupled with humility and a dent of hard work, he rose from the junior rank of Sub-Assistant Accountant to Manager grade as Key Management Staff. He served at the Corporate department, Treasury, Micro Credit, Internal Audit and Supervisory Department. He also worked at the Anum Branch, Atimpoku and Akosombo. With vast knowledge of Banking, he contributed to the progress of the institution by serving on various committees including management committees. As a union activist, he is the current Chairman of the Professional and Managerial Staff Union (PMSU) Anum local.

MR. ELIAS OFORI-OKONAH
HEAD, AVETILE BRANCH

Ofori – Okonah Elias Kofi is an astute and proficient practicing banker with 17 years of experience. Currently, Elias is the Branch Manager of Anum Rural Bank PLC, Avetile BRANCH. He holds certificates in Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from Cape Coast University, and HND in Accounting from Koforidua Polytechnic, now Koforidua Technical University.

Kofi had worked with Akyem Tafo Government Hospital and Ghana Cocoa Board - Quality Control Division and served on several committees as chairperson, member, and financial advisor. Presently, he is the Chairperson of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, (P.C.G.) Volta Presbytery Committee on Accounts and Budget and staunch member of the P.C.G. National Committee on Accounts and Budget. His working life spans more than 20 years, and has acquired the worth of varied experience and knowledge in the fields of Accounting and Proper Book Keeping, Final Accounts Preparation, Budgeting, Treasury Management, Managerial Financial Report Writing, Credit and Investment Portfolio Management, Deposit Mobilization, Fixed Assets Management, Leadership and Human Management, Financial Management, Strategic and Succession Planning, Sales and Marketing of products and services.

Elias provides consultancy and training services and develops policies, business operational manuals, and customized source documents for Entrepreneurs, Churches, and Associations. Kofi worked as an accounts clerk, front desk officer, teller, central accounts head, branch accountant, branch credit officer, branch manager, and head office deputy credit & investment manager. Ofori – Okonah Elias Kofi is a goal and customer-centered, indefatigable team leader who can motivate his team and leverage his good interpersonal relations, and potential to drive the company’s objective to a higher height. MR. DAVID ADDO GYANE
HEAD, ASUTSUARE BRANCH

Mr. David Addo Gyane has over 15 years of cognate experience in Rural Banking. He has worked in various Units and Departments of the Anum Rural Bank PLC. Mr. Addo Gyane joined Anum Rural Bank in 2010 from Kwahu Rural Bank. He was appointed as Deputy Head of Credit and Investment from 2010 to 2015. Later he was assigned as Head of Recovery. Due to hard work, he was appointed as Asutsuare BRANCH Manager from 2019 to date.

He graduated from Valley View University, Oyibi Accra with Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA-Accounting). He also holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Koforidua Technical University.

He has certificates from Apex Bank PLC, GHAMFIN, and other institutions having attended training and workshops from those institutions.

MR. DAVID OSEI
HEAD, AFIENYA BRANCH

Mr. David Osei astute banker with 18 years of banking experience joined Anum Rural Bank PLC on the 15th of March 2005 as a Branch Accountant at the Akosombo Branch and subsequently transferred to the Atimpoku branch as Branch Manager on 1st February 2012. Due to his hard work, He was promoted to the position of Operations Manager but later transferred to Afienya as Branch Manager.

Holds BA (Econs and Sociology) University Of Cape Coast (UCC), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administrator from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB) Level III
MR. GEORGE FERGUSON
HEAD, JUAPONG BRANCH

George Ferguson commenced his banking career at Anum Rural Bank PLC in 2006 as an assistant accountant. Through hard work, he rose through the ranks to currently the rank of Deputy Manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting, a combined major from the University of Ghana, Legon with part qualification in ACCA.

He is currently the branch manager of the Juapong agency of Anum Rural Bank PLC. He speaks English, French, and other local languages. He is smart, charismatic, and innovative. He has 17 years of working experience with Anum Rural Bank PLC.

MR. EMMANUEL DANSO BOATENG
HEAD, ATIMPOKU BRANCH

Emmanuel Danso Boateng holds a Bachelor in Business Management from the University of Cape Coast and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Koforidua Technical University. He started his banking career in 2005 as a sub-assistant accountant at Anum Rural Bank PLC where he became the branch accountant in 2009 at Juapong Agency. Through hard work and responsible leadership, he is currently the Branch Manager of Atimpoku Agency.

MR. JOSEPH WORNU
HEAD, MICROFINANCE

Joseph Wornu is a first-degree holder in Business Administration (Human Resources) from Evangelical Presbyterian University College (EPUC). He started his Banking career in 1999 as Driver at Anum Rural Bank PLC. He rose to become Microfinance Coordinator in 2019 after his tertiary education. Mr. Joseph has experience in areas of recovery of loans, microfinance group management, training and formation of groups as well as supervision of groups. He also holds international certificates from Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) majoring in Strategic Management, Marketing, Human Resource and Customer Service.
